Carriers can apply by visiting the Verified Carrier platform, completing the application form, and submitting the required documents for vetting.

How long does the verification process take?
- The application takes approximately 15-20 minutes.
- The verification process typically takes 1-2 business days, depending on the completeness of the submitted documentation and depending on the speed of the response from the insurance company.
Is there a fee to become a Verified Carrier?
First 30 days are free and then if you want to continue the subscription the pricing is as follows:
- 1-2 Trucks: $10/month
- 3-5 Trucks: $20/month
- 6-10 Trucks: $30/month
- 11-50 Trucks: $50/month
- 51+ Trucks: $100/month
What happens if my application is rejected?
If your application is rejected, you will be notified of the reasons and given the opportunity to correct any discrepancies or provide additional information.
Do I need to renew my verification?
Verification may need to be renewed periodically. You will receive notifications prior to the expiration date, with instructions on how to renew.
What if my information changes after I am verified?
If there are any changes to your documents, (insurance, ownership transfer, fleet etc) you are required to update your profile immediately to maintain your verified status.
Will brokers be notified of my verified status?
Yes, once verified, brokers using the platform will be able to see that your carrier profile has been vetted and verified.
How do I check the status of my application?
You can log into your account on the Verified Carrier platform to check the current status of your application at any time. Your verification status will also be emailed to you as it changes.
How does Verified Carrier handle my data?
Verified Carrier takes privacy and data security seriously. Your information is stored securely and used for the purposes of the verification process.
